Those who check out the flathead forum might have seen these before. Posted by Tom Teixeira, and reproduced here with his permission, these pics show the more traditional cars at the Tyrods do.

Dont think I've ever seen a 37 hiboy coupe before. It works for me.
Nicely detailed flatty in the 37.
Very nice Merc. A Klassic Kustom, it's got all the right touches.
38 Coupe. Not hard to see where the term "alligator hood" stems from.
'Nuther Merc, bit more subdued in satin black.
Now thats right up my alley, a nice 34 3 window.
Deuce Tudor. The American Tudor body is much nicer styled than the English one, (see Hot Rod Drags page). Shame about the bin and cone encroaching into the shot.
Healthy blown flatmotor from the Tudor.
Bet this thing scoots with that multi-carbed hemi under the hood.
SHOW CAR!!
This 32 roadster appears to have some extra things bolted on to cover the wheels. What? Fenders you say? So Thats what fenders look like!
If this dont turn you on, you aint got no buttons!
AV8. Quality of cars on display was excellent.
Whoa Nellie!!!
34 Cabrio. Amazing how different it looks with that fixed windscreen, compared to the roadster version.
33 3 window. looks mostly stock, except the hood has been left at home. Hey, Tom, A nice bunch of piccies, thanks for sharing them......Mart. |
